I guess hajime mashite = nice to meet you = enchanté

itte kimasu can also be use for "le'ts go"

gozaimasu .. really formal .. gozaimashita is I think less formal
happy birthday ... I guess it's "tanjube hamatato gozaimasu" but can't remember how to write it

I was wondering how long it takes to ship from Florida to NJ. I ordered some items last sunday, and they still havent come in yet. Is this normal or should it be faster?
